1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between you and FastKit Cloud. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of all contracts with you and apply to future services and offers.
2. Contract Terms
Duration & Termination
- Contracts are concluded for unlimited time periods unless otherwise agreed
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice to the end of the month
- We may terminate without notice for good cause
Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice
- Interest is charged for late payments in accordance with German law
- All prices include applicable VAT
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Managing and securing all services you order
- Making regular backups of your data
- Using services appropriately and legally
- Not using services for illegal activities
4. Prohibited Content
Illegal Content
No pornographic, obscene, or extremist material
Attacks
No DDoS attacks, spam, or unauthorized activities
Mining
Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited
5. Liability & Warranty
You use FastKit Cloud services at your own risk. We are liable for damages up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. The statutory limitation period of 12 months after delivery applies to claims for defects.
These Terms are governed by German law with exclusive jurisdiction in Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany.
